Rise and Shine Note Card Series

Hello!

I had a lot of fun drawing this note card series! The bowl of fruit loops is officially "mixed media," because I used colored pencils, markers and pastels. I took my own reference photo for the fried egg and ate it afterwards. ;-) I tried to take my own reference photo for the waffles as well, but the syrup soaked in too much and made them look soggy. I ate them, too, which is the fun part about drawing food! But I had to switch to Plan B and find another reference for the waffle and combined it with my own photo of the plate and silverware. Both the waffles and egg were drawn with colored pencils.
